Hoot & Holler is growing and we’re looking for a personal assistant to our lead designer, Malori, to help with all the fun that goes on behind-the-scenes.

This is a part time position (10-15 hours per week) and our dream assistant is someone that is detail-obsessed and can handle responsibilities such as managing our books and scheduling, chatting with our wonderful clients both in person and via email, and helping us with our BIG events. Most of these responsibilities will be handled during the week but we’re looking for someone with some weekend and evening availability to lend us a hand at weddings and events as needed. This is an administrative position and experience is preferred, but not required.

You’re a great fit for this position if you have a thing for systems, organization, and being part of a rad, rapidly-growing creative company. While we value flexibility, this position will require you to come hang out in our Phoenix studio space 2-3 days per week.
